Agreement to Terms By booking or using the services of Power Pressure Washing Toronto, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws of Ontario and Canada. ## 2\. Quotes and Pricing All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Every job receives a written quote per surface before work begins. Prices shown on this website are typical GTA ranges, not offers. The written quote you approve sets the price for the agreed scope. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described or photographed, we will tell you and confirm any change in writing before proceeding. Applicable taxes are added to invoices. ## 4\. Contracts Contract plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonal or annual) fix the per-visit price for 12 months from the start date unless the scope changes. Either party may end a contract with 30 days' written notice unless the contract says otherwise. ## 5\. Scheduling, Access and Cancellations - You agree to provide access to the work areas and to an outdoor water supply where required. - Please move vehicles, patio furniture and fragile items before the visit and close windows and doors. - Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Late cancellations may be charged a fee stated in your quote. - We may reschedule for weather, particularly for soft washing, sealing and polymeric sand work, which need suitable conditions. ## 6\. Surface Conditions and Limitations We match the method to each surface to minimize risk. Some conditions cannot be fully reversed by cleaning, including deep oil penetration, long-standing rust, etching or spalling, previous damage, failing paint, loose mortar or deteriorated sealant. Cleaning can reveal existing defects. We will point out issues we notice, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for results limited by the condition of the surface. ## 7\. Wastewater and Compliance On commercial jobs, wash water is contained and recovered with hydrovac equipment in line with Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 681. Clients agree to tell us about known drains, sumps or separators on the property. ## 8\. Insurance We carry $2M commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request within one business day. ## 9\. Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with any part of the work, please contact us within 7 days of the visit. We will review the area and, where the result does not match the agreed scope, return to address it. ## 10\. Payment Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts are invoiced on the terms set out in the contract. We accept cash, credit card, e-transfer and cheque. ## 11\. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Power Pressure Washing Toronto is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where caused by our negligence and covered by our insurance. ## 12\.
