### Can you remove oil stains from asphalt?

Fresh and moderate oil drips respond well to degreaser and 200F hot water. Old stains that have soaked deep into asphalt will lighten noticeably but may not disappear completely. We tell you what to expect before starting.

### Will pressure washing damage asphalt?

Not with the right method. We use moderate pressure with rotary surface cleaners and let hot water and degreaser do the work, so loose aggregate is not blasted out of the surface.

### Do you work overnight?

Yes. Most lots are washed after close, section by section, so the lot is open for morning customers and staff.

### What happens to the runoff?

Lot catch basins are covered before we start, berms direct the water, and the hydrovac vacuums it into our tank. Oily runoff never reaches the storm sewer, in line with Toronto Municipal Code 681.

### Is power washing the same as power sweeping?

No. Sweeping removes loose debris and litter. Power washing removes oil, tire marks, salt residue and ground-in grime. Many plazas run regular sweeping and add a spring and fall wash. We coordinate with your sweeping contractor.

### Can you clean curbs, wheel stops and sidewalks at the same time?
